I’ve started realizing lately that routine roof upkeep really makes a difference, especially for properties in coastal areas. Things like seasonal inspections and finding small issues early on seem to help a lot in avoiding larger repair costs later on. I used to think roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age definitely takes a toll over time.
